1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the l8t9 website located at https://l8t9.net and any associated mobile or web application ("Platform"). By accessing or using the l8t9 Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing content, or a participant in any promotion — you enter into a binding legal agreement with l8t9 and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

l8t9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure via [email protected].

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may apply to offers you choose to participate in. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the l8t9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. l8t9 is an adult-only platform. We do not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the l8t9 Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a business, or any other legal entity when using the Platform for gambling purposes.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of l8t9 or any of its affiliated companies or game-supply partners.

Age Verification

l8t9 conducts age and identity verification checks as a standard part of the account registration and withdrawal processes. You may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your account details are accurate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Any account found to have been registered by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All bets placed, deposits made, and winnings accumulated by an underage player are void. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method used, subject to the verification of that method, but no winnings will be paid out under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the l8t9 Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the l8t9 Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. l8t9 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where multiple accounts are detected, l8t9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any account balances without notice.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — for example, your mobile number or registered email address — you must update your account information promptly. l8t9 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including the inability to complete identity verification or process withdrawals.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any third party. l8t9 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that we can take steps to secure your account.

Account Currency

All l8t9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l8t9 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet amounts, and bonus values are expressed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by l8t9 — all transactions are conducted natively in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

l8t9 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your l8t9 wallet within seconds of successful confirmation on the payment provider's side.
• l8t9 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• l8t9 reserves the right to apply a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in Account Settings.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) submitted before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed the same calendar day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder as the original deposit, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• l8t9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold being placed on the withdrawal pending resolution.
• l8t9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Expedited withdrawal services, where available, may carry a processing fee as disclosed at the time of the request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

l8t9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket and football events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified l8t9 account and are aged 18 or over.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account balance at the end of this period.
• l8t9 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, discontinue any promotion, or withdraw any uncredited bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• Where a player holds both a bonus balance and a real-money balance, real-money funds are staked first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• l8t9 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus if it determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, employed a prohibited strategy, or violated these Terms in any way.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register a verified l8t9 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Full details of the current welcome bonus offer — including the minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement — are published on the l8t9 promotions page. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the l8t9 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question, as well as these general betting rules. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the relevant rules.

Sportsbook

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where l8t9 exercises its right to void bets under these Terms.
• l8t9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the match. l8t9 uses certified real-time data feeds and is not responsible for any discrepancy between the displayed odds and a player's perceived state of play based on a delayed broadcast.
• Cricket betting at l8t9 covers all fixtures of the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and a wide range of other domestic and international competitions. Specific cricket rules — including rain interruption policies and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications — are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.

Casino & RNG Games

• All casino and RNG-based game outcomes — including slots, virtual sports, and crash games such as Aviator — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. l8t9 uses games from providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities and are conducted by trained human dealers. The results of live casino games are final and binding once the round has concluded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. These limits may vary by game, table, and time of day.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a casino game, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined according to the game provider's established disconnection policy. l8t9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues, but game outcomes determined by the certified RNG or live dealer are final.

Maximum Payout

l8t9 applies a maximum payout limit per player per day. The current maximum single-event payout and daily maximum withdrawal ceiling are published in the Platform's Help Centre. l8t9 reserves the right to adjust these limits and to settle winning bets in instalments where the payout exceeds the daily maximum, without this constituting a breach of any obligation to the player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l8t9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and the reporting of relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, forged, or unauthorised payment instruments; submitting false identity documents; or providing any other fraudulent information to l8t9.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting event, or to exploit a promotions structure in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate play.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using prohibited betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements; or misrepresenting your status to qualify for a promotion you would not otherwise be eligible for.
• Money Laundering: Using the l8t9 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. l8t9 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to place bets or make decisions on the Platform without explicit written permission from l8t9.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Taking advantage of any bug, error, miscalculation, or technical fault in the Platform's software or odds-setting systems. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or suspected error are void.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward l8t9 staff, live casino dealers, or other players via any communication channel provided on the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under the age of 18 from accessing and using your l8t9 account.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either you or l8t9 may close your account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your l8t9 account, you may submit a closure request by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing the closure, l8t9 will verify your identity and ensure that any pending bets have been settled and that your account balance reflects only withdrawable funds. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in Account Settings. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in the permanent closure of your account. If you self-exclude, you must not attempt to re-register using a different name, email address, or payment method. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

Closure by l8t9

l8t9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction).
• l8t9 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 24 months.
• l8t9 is required to close the account by law, regulation, or the instruction of a relevant authority.

Where l8t9 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is for any other reason, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the l8t9 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulations. By using the Platform, you agree to accept the jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution processes as communicated by l8t9 from time to time.
